Glaser began performing stand-up at age 18 and has released several stand-up specials, including Perfect (Comedy Central, 2016) and Bangin’ (Netflix, 2019).

Hosted her own Comedy Central talk show Not Safe with Nikki Glaser (2016).

Starred in E!’s reality series Welcome Home Nikki Glaser? and has appeared on shows like Inside Amy Schumer, A.P. Bio, Dancing with the Stars, and The Masked Singer.

Acted in comedy films including Trainwreck (2015) and I Feel Pretty (2018).

She has hosted reality and dating shows such as Blind Date (2019) and FBoy Island (2021–2023), plus its spinoff Lovers and Liars on The CW.
