Gymkhana at ARIA Resort & Casino, it’s one of the most significant restaurant openings on the Las Vegas Strip in recent years.

The restaurant is the U.S. debut of the famous London-based Gymkhana, a restaurant that earned two Michelin stars  and built an international reputation for elevated Indian cuisine. Its arrival at ARIA marks the first time the brand has expanded to the United States.

Gymkhana’s cuisine takes influence from the breadth of India and is renowned for its bold flavors and rich, layered spicing rooted in tradition. The Las Vegas menu showcases many of Gymkhana’s signature dishes, broadly focusing on tandoor-grilled specialties, classic regional curries, fragrant biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates. Alongside the signature offering, there are new dishes exclusive to the Las Vegas location. The restaurant’s bar features Indian-inspired cocktails with modern interpretations of renowned classics.
