Early Spring Wynn Las Vegas will unveil Fiola Mare, a Mediterranean seafood restaurant helmed by acclaimed chef and restaurateur Fabio Trabocchi, who boasts James Beard and Michelin awards. Known for his celebrated restaurants in the mid-Atlantic and South Florida, Chef Trabocchi is bringing one of his most cherished concepts to Las Vegas.
Fiola Mare’s menu will showcase an exquisite selection of seafood sourced from the Mediterranean and both coasts of the U.S. Mirroring its sister restaurant in Washington, D.C., the Las Vegas location will feature a raw bar at the entrance, impressive seafood towers, various tableside services, and elegantly grilled seafood entrees.
