Get ready for an unforgettable night with the legendary rock band Chicago at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino on  November 14, 2026!

Chicago’s one of America’s most successful rock bands, famous for blending rock, pop, jazz, and a powerful brass section. Their signature sound combines electric guitars, keyboards, trumpet, trombone, and saxophone, creating music that is instantly recognizable.

Originally called The Big Thing, the band formed in Chicago, Illinois, in 1967 and later became known as Chicago Transit Authority before shortening its name to Chicago.

Chicago stood out from other rock groups by making horns a central part of its music rather than just an occasional addition. Their early albums featured ambitious arrangements, extended instrumental passages, and socially conscious songs.

Over time, the band developed a more radio-friendly sound, producing some of the most memorable love songs and soft-rock hits of the 1970s and 1980s.
